For years I've been starting emails using voice to text this way: "Good day XXXX (followed by saying the word "comma" and "new paragraph"). What has been happening the last 5-6 months 100% of the time with either my email program OR gmail app is that when I say "comma new paragraph" is that

1.) everything BEFORE that gets deleted, (i.e. Good morning John,)
2.)it jumps down a paragraph space and
    3.)the microphone shuts off.

Typical crazy smart-phone stuff. This is strange though...something like this almost sounds like I've accidentally "programmed" that to happen somehow. The "new line" statement doesn't work at all since upgrading to S8. Regardless of how I say it, I get the words "new line". It's not the end of the world. I can still say comma and then manually hit a line break when I'm doing my proofreading and editing later. But this is so bizarre I had to inquire. Anyone have any ideas?

    Happy New Year everyone.
