I just purchased a new 2018 Mini Cooper S. My Bluetooth connect perfect but while I am on Bluetooth i hear noise ( like sparks) when the person on the other side is speaking. I had a previous Mini Cooper S 2014. I had no problem. The car has been in service since I bought it. They are telling me its my phone.
If it is my phone why is it only happens with the new car. Mini gave me a loaner car and it's the same kind of car I purchased. Help Me I don't believe it my phone.

Try some other Bluetooth device - an earphone, someone else's car - on a phone call. That will tell you whether it's the phone or the car. (Also have someone else pair their phone with your car and make a call. That will also tell you if it's the car or not,)
