    when I reply to messages using my Samsung Galaxy S8, I find out later that the replies are in the Outbox. I've tried everything that I've read on this site to elevate the problem and nothing has worked. When I call a client to inquire about my reply to them it's very frustrating to hear that my reply was not received. If I don't check the Outbox there's no way that I'm aware of this problem.

    When I use my Samsung Tablet or my LG phone I never have a problem. Maybe using the LG only and returning the Galaxy S8 will completely eliminate the problem.

    Is the account properly set up in your phone and set to sync automatically? All email goes to the outbox in any phone and device, and only if the app or program is able to get the message through will it be moved. But if your application isn't set up to automatically sync, then even sending email will require you manually initiating the transfer.
