when earphone plugged, v10 stops working

[Android Central Question]

hello.

i have a big earphone problem with my v10.

everytime i plug my earphone into the v10 , the machine stops working.

I am not able to listen to music, watch videos, everything...

i mean touch buttons don't work, it just stops but when I remove the earphone and it starts working. (the earphone is fine. It works with others except my v10)

so I replaced the earphone flex but the problem remains the same.

Plese give me any advice to solve this problem.
