Data no longer works after provider switch. Wi-Fi & talk/text work fine. I've tried everything.
Recently I switched from At&t to Consumer Cellular. My Samsung J7 Prime had no issues with data while using At&t. I've attempted:
¹Airplane mode on/off
²Rebooting
(countless times)
³APN settings
⁴Clear Cache Partition
✓I Double & triple checked all other settings
✓Checked Data service availability area
✓Remove/replace Sim & memory card.
✓Spent Many hours with C.C. Tech support
✓Spent Days researching online.
I have NOT tried a Factory Reset yet. I'll attempt that step only after I exhaust all other options.

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you confirm the APN settings from? Just to be sure, go to their help site and type "APN" in the question box, then click on the only result that shows up. Are those the APN settings you're using? https://www.consumercellular.com/Help/billing
