Samsung galaxy s7 poor reception HELP

Very poor reception On Samsung galaxy s7 Help Please!!No one seems to be able help, rang Samsung helpline. the girl checked imei number and said it was a genuine Samsung made I n Vietnam and sold in Germany and gave me a German phone No. She also Said that as it was bought on ebay and that Samsung technicians would not even look at it . Not much help!!, have phone since 12th Jan 2018 nano sim put in and activated 13/01/2018, My previous Samsung J3 I got 4bars from the same location, can anyone help??
