I have a Nokia 5 with Oreo beta version. I want to replace my 16 GB sd card ,which includes an Oreo update file , with a 32 GB SD one. At present SD card acts like an internal storage. So, please let me know when I will go for replace what will happen to that android file . Will it cause any kind of harm? Thank you.

You can't copy from internal storage to another card - that's why, when the card is formatted as external storage, it's called "portable" storage. Internal storage isn't portable.

You could copy everything on the phone to a PC, then switch cards, then copy everything that's missing in the phone from the PC to the phone, but the phone may crash before you can do that if some of the OS, or some data the OS needs, is on the "internal card".
