In Linux (you'll have to root the phone) in the running time.

Going to a website may get you to a page that hasn't been updated since 2016 - and that's the page the phone will download. (The phone may have been turned on in the store to make sure it was working, and the technician may have accessed a page he always does, that never changes. Some stores, and some countries, still consider that a new phone.)
