Android Central Question

I have GT-N7100 (Samsung Galaxy Note II), for no reason, it started to reboot itself, and after it had happened like twice in a day for 4-5 days, it began to get stucked on Samsung logo screen. Also, when I try to charge it, the charghing logo also gets stuck. I did factory reset, wipe cache etc. none of them worked. I tried plugging it to my PC, it said the device drivers were installed, but it was not shown in My computer, and neither Kies or ODIN recognized the phone.

What should I do now? Can I find original stock ROM and install it via Sdcard? How? or, what else? thanks!

Can you find the stock ROM? Probably - either on Sammobile or on XDA. Should you? Probably not. It's probably time for a new battery. 5-1/2 years? Unless you really know how to extend the life of a lithium battery, it's probably shot by now. And a bad battery can cause all sorts of seemingly-unrelated problems.
