wifi calling not working on my s8

[Android Central Question]

I have lousy reception at work and I noticed that my wifi calling icon does not light up when I'm on the phone. when end the call it lights back up again, but once I take or make a phone call it shuts off...does that at home also..so basically I have no wifi calling when I need wifi calling. any suggestions? I'm tempting to do a factory reset. Thanks.
