Hi there, it depends on the specific device you're using and how you want to do it, but usually you can just open your dialer, dial a number, and it'll give you the option to add as a Contact. Or you can go directly to the Contacts app and either find the contact you want to add a number to and hit EDIT, or create a new contact from that app.
