I recently purchased a blu grand 5.5 hd and the memory is already filled to capacity,any help?

I can provide screenshots if needs be but currently the system memory is 3.79gb and 7.90 of 8gb is used and I also have all my apps on my memory card

What version of Android is it running?

That's not a lot of storage space, honestly, so I'm not surprised it's filling up. You'll probably need to clear cache regularly. Open Settings, then go to Storage. Tap "Cached data," which should prompt you with something like, "This will clear cached data for all apps." Select OK.

I'd also look at media storage and move as much as possible (all photos, videos and music files) to the memory card.

Not all apps are on memory card. Some apps require to be on the phone memory, and updates to built in apps stay in phone memory nd can't be moved.
