I cant access my advanced wifi settings

Please help me...I have a Galaxy S4 runnig on Android 5.0.1. I am trying to locate the advanced Wifi settings panel in order to change my frequency band to 5GHz...however I can't seem to find it...any advice on my problem or at least on how to chance the frequency will help.

That's because there is no way to change that on a phone. The device can see both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks, but it's still the Wireless Router that has to transmit in that frequency. Usually the network names for both should be different, and that's how you know whether you connect to the 2.4 or the 5 one.
