Background info: I have the LG Escape 2 not the the greatest but gets what I need done. I had a lot of old stuff on there, so decided to factory reset for the 2nd time. Backed up everything important and did it. Everything went smoothly, until I got to the page where it asks for permission to use location, improve it, send Google reports and all if that. I press next and it goes back to the page where it asks if I want to put a lock. I pose it as a weird error and keeping going only to get sent back to the very start, with a flash of a page that says 'StartupWizard'.
I've tried going to settings disabling setup wizard, going into recovery mode (couldn't get to it), taking the battery out, but none of worked
Any ideas?
