Android Central Question
Hi.
So, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini last year (unlocked). A couple of weeks ago it did a software update and suddenly became network locked again. I sent it to the company I bought it from and they fixed it and sent it back. However, now I can't use Barclays PingIt or mobile banking app as they've rooted the phone. I can't see SuperUser to remove it (their suggestion) and a factory reset did nothing.
Is there anything else I can do or am I going to have to send it back again?
