Digital2 tablet stuck is reboot after factory reset

[Android Central Question]

I have a Digital 2 tablet that is stuck on the reboot screen. The android has a red triangle with explanation point over his chest. I have done a data wipe and factory reset , pressed the reset button on back. Every time it loads up it goes to recovery screen and when I chose to reboot it goes to the logo screen and after about 30 secs comes back to android system recovery <3e>. Can not remove battery it is hard wired in. Anyone have any ideas?
