Looking for a replacement or some kind of compensation. Product didn't last the length of my contract. Still paying for phone on my contract and it doesn't work. Won't turn on.

Which phone do you have, and which carrier? How old is it? Is it still under warranty? If the phone is no longer under warranty, then there's not much you can do -- you still have to pay the phone off, and if you want to keep using it, you need to bring it to a repair shop. Just because it didn't last for the whole contract doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it -- the way they look at it, they're doing you a favor by letting you pay for it on installment, rather than making you buy the phone outright at the beginning.
