Why won't my phone let me sign in with my Samsung account?

I try to log in on my phone after a reset and it won't allow my account to work. It keeps telling me that my login has failed. What do I do? My sister is trying to use this phone and I don't use this account anywhere else.

Welcome to Android Central! Was it your Samsung account that was originally on the phone prior to the reset, or could it be someone else's? Has the phone always been yours, or did you get it used from someone else?
