Back in August i went to charge my battery on the Galaxy Note 10.1 and it had a RED X on the battery. When charging the battery was not holding it charge and just went down significantly to 5%. I replaced the cord and still did the same. I just replaced the battery and still has a RED X on the battery. It charged to 95% but i want to get RED X to go away. Is there something else that i need to replace or what needs to be done. Please help.

Did you replace the charger or just the cord?

The red x means it isn't getting enough power, I had the same issue a couple years ago, using a different charger fixed my issue.

With my Note 10.1 (2014), now my mom's, I found that I got that at times and just had to unplug it and plug it back in at the device end and it charged correctly, even with the same cable and charger.
