Android Central Question

hello, my phone is a htc galaxy 820 G plus duel sim. Sometimes when I turn on data or wifi the phone switch offs even the battery life is above 75%. Also when the battery life is low (about 30%) if I answered a incoming call phone switches off.
And the phone shows that the sd card is corrupted and only few items are shown, but when I put the sd card into another device all items are shown.
Will it be resolved if I reset the phone.. Or can the phone be repaired?? Or do I need to move with another device ?
Thank you

Thank you for the response. I tried safe mode and cleared cache..Then in safe mode the phone didn't turn off except for when I use the camera. And after that the phone detects the sd card and shows all in it..after turn off the safe mode, the problem seems to be there..

You hadn't mentioned the camera issue in your original post -- so the phone will actually power down in Safe Mode while using the camera?

Sudden shutdowns can be due to a failing battery. Safe Mode temporarily disables 3rd party apps you installed, so perhaps one of those apps is causing additional battery load, leading to more shutdowns. You probably need to bring the phone to a repair shop for battery replacement.
