Cannot UNLOCK my Samsung Galaxy S7

[Android Central Question]

I cannot UNLOCK my Samsung Galaxy S7 after adding my fingerprint to gain access to WORKDAY(worked for ONLY 2 days) NOW it LOCKED & keeps saying to RETRY in 60 mins. for 5 days !
I swear my PASSWORD was CHIKO57 or CKIKO18 BUT neither is being accepted :-( I hate to lose ALL my DATA by having it RESET so is there any way U can PLEASE HELP ME with this issue ??

Hello!
I would try logging into your Google Account on a PC and then go to Android Device Manager (https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager). From there you can setup a new password and GPS/Locate your device.
