My phone has no internet But my computer Dose when tethering like what????

[Android Central Question]

This probably the first weird problem i ever seen. The problem is my phone has an internet but cannot brows any website but google this when the question start first i tethering hot spot using cable and my computer got internet !! it work like magic !! i can watch any website , youtube, and even play game but when i check my phone to surf the internet but it stuck and loading forever while i doing just fine watching on computer please help %T,.........,.T i never see this problem before !!!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have, and which carrier is it on? Did you get the phone directly from the carrier, or did you get it unlocked from somewhere else?

Hi Thank for the reply. Yes my device is galaxy Note 4. My carrier is 4G Lte. Yes it directly from the carrier.

Does the same thing happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28897. Or after a cache partition wipe? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932

I do all the step but it still not working . My phone is still can't access to internet . it show me the LTE icon on the top of the screen and i can only access to the internet via tethering ( USB Tethering ) on the computer not on phone ...

Which carrier do you have? You only mentioned "4G LTE," which isn't the name of the carrier. Make sure the APN settings are correct for your carrier: https://www.androidcentral.com/what-apn-and-how-do-i-change-it
