    Hello guys!

I have a SM-G955FD. Bought it two months ago and was working perfectly fine till 2 days ago when all of sudden it cannot connect or register on a network. I had 2 sims in it and neither could connect to any network. Instead, it displays a crossed circle on the status bar instead of the usual bars.

The sim cards work perfectly fine with other phones. The device detects both sim cards.

I have to checked to see if it's an imei error but it is present and it is not blacklisted either.

I factory reset it and it didn't fix it. I reflashed the firmware and it didn't work either.

    Any suggestions?

It sounds as if the SIM ports went bad (or something on the motherboard did). It's probably not something you can fix yourself, it would have to go into a repair shop.
