I was laying on my bed when my phone decided to become a ninja and attack & bounce off my face, then attack the floor (which is carpeted). I should also mention my phone is protected by a very awesome Caseology phone protector!
From that point on, it's been the dreaded black screen with the nagging blue notification light still flashing at me!
I've tried removing the battery & holding down the power button which gets me powered back on to the red Verizon screen then there's the black screen again.
I absolutely love my Note 4 so is there any hope for my phone?
