Visible Voice Mail

I have a glaxey 5 Samsung phone.i have the app visible voice mail .It worked fine until today,The calls do it translate to text message.Been to Metro store the couldn't fix it. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling no luck.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get the phone directly from MetroPCS? Are you talking about the Visual Voicemail by MetroPCS app?

Try going to the App Manager, select Visual Voicemail, then Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now open it again and set it back up. Does the problem persist?
