Why my device gives error! not enough memory.

[Android Central Question]

I have Rivo Phantom PZ28 and it show 14 Gb free out of 16Gb internal memory, but when i tries to copy or transfer any file into it, it gives an error not enough memory.
Although there is whole alot memory free... Plz give a quick possible solution.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the model name PZ8 or PZ28? I can only find PZ8, and that phone only has 4 GB of internal storage. Are you sure the phone isn't saying you have 14 GB free on the SD card? https://www.phoneworld.com.pk/rivo-phantom-pz8-specification/

There's also a PZ20, with 16GB internal. But, like you, I can't find a PZ28.
