Can i retrieve deleted voicemails from 2 months ago on my galaxy s8?

I lost my dad very unexpectedly a little over a week and 1/2 ago and am trying to retrieve one of his voicemails. The one I thought was from him is from my mom from his phone. I just want to hear his voice again

That's up to your carrier, because the voicemail system is theirs. I suggest that you call customer service and ask them. (It's probably automatically deleted after a shorter time than 2 months, but it can't hurt to ask.) Calling 611 on your S8 will usually give you someone who can help you.
