my lenovo a516 fails repeatedly even after installing new software.i think it fails when i use different applications using internet.

it says messages like unfortunately lenovo launcher stops,unfortunately play store stops and all other apps stops.after turning off the phone it won't restart and i install some software it starts and after some time the same problem repeats.what to do

Which version of Android is it running? I’ve looked up the specs for this phone and it’s pretty low on RAM and storage, but it should still be able to run stock apps like the launcher.

It could just be that your phone is too old, running a very outdated version of Android on low specs.
