How do i get into a virgin mobile LG phone that has a password on lock screen

How do I bypass an unknown password for a virgin mobile LG phone there is a password on the lock screen I've no idea what it is can I bypass this without losing info on the phone??

You can't. There would be no point in having it if it was that easy hey...
Take it to a phone shop with your credentials and they may be able unlock it for you...
