Why my vivo y69 cannot wipe data?

My vivo y69 has a problem because i try to wipe data but it cannot wipe because it has a pincode what can i do? please help me

I don't think that can be described as a problem: it's a security measure, requiring you to enter your PIN to prevent unintentional or unauthorised data wipes. It's working as designed.
