I suspect that I have malware because my phone is really slow, gets hot, and the battery dies fast.

I can't seem to figure out how to backup data to do a factory reset.

The information I find online says to go to backup and restore, select what I would like and then hit "start" but there is no "start" button. I do not want to do a reset if I can't backup my contacts.

My backup and reset screen only has the following:

"Back up my data" with a checkbox.
    Backup account.
    Automatic restore with a checkbox.
    Factory data reset.
    Reset settings

There is no button to start the backup process.
