Why dont works hangouts with mobile internet?

I love hangouts, and use it, whenever I can... but! At home, and everywheree, I have wifi, it Works fine and fast, but when I leave wlan area, and normaly use my mobile internet connection, hangouts dont work at all. When I rite a message and send it, I see the status: sending... and nothing happens, until I reach a wlan area. Al other services, whatsapp, vibr, etc. I can use, only hangouts not.
Any idea, what I have to do for fullhangouts service?
Sorry for my poor english, I hope, I could figure out my problem understandably. Any help would be very kind.

Which phone are you using?

Verify that Hangouts has permission to use mobile data. Here's where I found the settings on my Honor 7X:

Settings->Apps->Hangouts->Data usage
Mobile data and Background data are both "allowed."

You may find these settings with slightly different names and in different locations depending on which phone you're using.

Hello!

I use ZUK Z1, with the original Cyanogenmod 12.1 OS.

As I know, Hangouts has any permission to use mobile data. I didnt change anything, the permissions are the same for all aps (whatsapp, viber, etc).

I still dont have any idea, what could be wrong...
