Android phone auto boot

[Android Central Question]

Let's have an android phone left unattended in a remote location, plugged-in to a charger. At some point the power goes off. It continues to run on battery. After the battery is drained fully it goes off.
Now, is there a way to turn it on again when the power comes back?
