I can't shut off automatic updates

[Android Central Question]

I have gone into the Samsung Apps app and shut off auto update and I've gone into the Playstore app and shut off auto update and I've gone into my tab settings and shut it off there too but everytime I connect I get the"downloading updates" notice on the bottom of my screen and it starts downloading! Can anyone help me?
