S6 edge. Fuzzy horizontal lines

The phone will only boot to a screen that is vertically split into fuzzy horizontal lines and does nothing else. If I change the logic board will this fix or is there something simpler. Hard booting doesn't work as the phone is dead apart from the lines on the screen
