My gionee p5 have dual sim but in settings only sim 1 is showing

I have changed the sim to know that there is problem in sim card or phone but that sim card is working on other phone but in gionee p5 any sim that I enter in slot 2 it was not working .so,what can I do now

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If it happens in safe mode, the SIM 2 port probably has to be replaced.
