    My mother keeps turning on her voice assistant unintentionally, so I went into her settings and disabled the shortcuts.

    Twice now, with shortcuts disabled, she's somehow accidentally turned accessibility on. Once, it turned on while I was handling it. It may or may not be connected to navigation - when I activated it, and at least once while she used it, navigation was involved.

    Anybody have any clues? I have this exact same model of phone (Samsung S5) and I don't have this problem.
