gaaxy tab S2 screen broke, can i transfer to a pc?

my son knelt on the screen,,i cant see anything now,,is there a way i can save everything to a pc,,bear in mind i cant access the tab due to the screen being broke,,i have no choice but buy another as screens are £180

Welcome to Android Central! Do you happen to know what the exact model number of the device is? It looks like only certain versions of the Tab S2 support MHL, which is an adapter to connect a device to a TV via HDMI: MHL® – Devices. If you have the SM-T815 or T817, you could mirror the screen to your TV, but apparently not if it's the T810.

But mirroring the screen only gets you halfway there. Assuming the touchscreen is also nonfunctional (which isn't necessarily the case, though), you'd have to try connecting a USB mouse via OTG adapter. Since there's only one microUSB port on the device, you'd have to see if it'd work with a Y-connector. I'm not sure if MHL and OTG can work at the same time. Good luck!
