what do i do to get my phone to work again?

i dropped my phone and it landed face flat on the screen. when i tried to turn it on, it glitched and from then on it had a blue and cyan led light at the notification light. when i charge it it turns red and green. it is still not responsive when i press the home and start button.

Yes, it sounds as if you destroyed the screen, which will have to be replaced. The problem is that more may have broken inside. And the total repair cost may be more than the cost of a new phone.

Get an estimate first, then decide whether you want to spend that much to repair it. (An "off the top of the head guesstimate" is free. A "tear the phone down and give a maximum repair price" estimate may cost.)
