I cannot download or update apps on my phone(android)

[Android Central Question]

My phone is Gionee M3. Android version 5.0. it says download pending but never downloads. it has been this way for more than a year now. i have also used other phones but i just want to fix this one because everything still works fine other than this problem. i have also gone to customer services but it still does not work.

Try clearing cache and data for the Play Store and Download Manager apps.
