    So for 2 months now I've been trying to download multiple games (new ones + ones I've had on it before) and they start to download then gives me the message: "this app can't be downloaded. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting (Error code:0).

    I don't know what to do anymore because I've tried everything I can to fix it. Looked up how to fix Error code:0, and what the troubleshooting told me to do, but nothings working. I'm at a loss now...Help?

    Have you tried clearing cache and data for the Play Store and Download Manager apps?

    Are you able to remove your Google account from the phone (in Settings>Accounts​) and then add it back again?

    Yes, I can, but just a small concern before I do that- will I be able to get my contacts & other data back onto my phone when I re-add my google account?

    Removing your Google account would only unsync/remove any Google-associated data -- once you add the Google account back, that data should re-sync.

    See what happens if you Disable the Play Store in the Settings>Apps​ menu, then re-enabling it again. I'm hoping that disabling it will uninstall all updates to the Play Store, and when you re-enable it, it will re-update -- maybe that will clear out a bug.

    Sadly, it did not work either. Now the Play store crashes seconds after I open it & if it does open - crashes whenever I try to download something

    Gah, this is frustrating. Have you already tried a cache partition wipe? https://motorola-mobility-en-in.cust...p/30,6720,9390 If that doesn't help, then the next step might be a factory reset, after you've backed everything up.

    I will try the partition wipe, and then maybe the factory reset. Will all my apps (+ SD card) & music still be on my phone or will it delete anything not saved to the cloud?

    The cage wipe did not work sadly.

    The cache partition wipe doesn't affect your personal data, but the factory reset will wipe anything locally saved to the phone. It shouldn't affect the SD card, but I've seen some threads about the SD card being affected by a factory reset, so to be safe, I'd Unmount the card (in Settings>Storage) and remove it before you do the reset.

    I tried doing the factory reset, and still the problem pervales.... .
    I guess my phone just really doesn't want Google Play to work...

    I'm stumped. Are you able to add someone else's Google account to the phone (in addition to yours), set the Google Play Store to that person's account, and then try installing an app?
