Blu Studio XL 2 is not responding to Instagram, Messenger, or Snapchat

I have been having this issue a lot lately. Every time I open Snapchat, the app hangs up and then I receive an error saying "Snapchat has stopped working". It doesn't even fully load the app. The same is happening with Instagram, except I am able to open up the app but whenever I scroll through my feed, the phone gives me "Instagram has stopped working". With Messenger, it doesn't even load message I would send. I have to close the app and open it up again, then it loads for a minute or two and then I see that it has been sent.

Have you tried clearing the cache and data on one of them? (And if that doesn't work, uninstalling the app after clearing the cache and data and forcing a stop, restarting the phone, then installing the app?)

I assume that all 3 apps have been updated to the latest versions, right?
