    so i forgot my password to my android oppo r9s and have tried everything (my fingerprint still works but i need the password to change it) ive tried using my google account and find my device, ive triend to "back up and reset"from settings in my phone but that requires me to put my pin in, ive also tried to hard reset and wipe date which also requires my pin. ive entered my pin in wrong many times and it never comes up with "forgot password"please someone help me!!

    Google doesn't allow a factory reset unless you delete the Google account from the phone first - and you need the Google password for that. And you can't get into the phone without the phone's password.

    There's no "way around" either one - you just have to remember if you don't have your passwords saved somewhere.
