My phone turns off at 100% when using it, but if I'm not using it while it is on, it stays on. Why is that? My phone is ulefone u007 pro, running android 6. There is the android os bug, which consumes massive amounts of memory, but I don't know if that's the cause. Do you know why it's happening?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "not using it while it is on"? Do you mean if the phone is powered on but asleep? Or if you leave the screen on, e.g. if watching a video?

Chances are that the battery is failing or defective. You could try booting into Safe Mode to rule out a problem caused by some 3rd party app. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
