Is it possible to completely reinstall adroid kitkat 4.4.2?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE (GT-N7105). I recently rooted my device and it worked fine but it meant that my phone no longer passed google safety net which is needed for one of my apps. I have unrooted my device but I noticed that there are still some rooted files on it that couldn't be uninstalled without root permission. I wanted to know if reinstalling android KitKat was the best option or if there was another better way. Preferably without the aid of a computer but if it is necessary then its fine

You can re-flash stock ROM, if that's what you mean by reinstalling.

Personally though I won't do this without a PC.

You need to get the ROM files for your exact Note 4 variant. They are available at sammobile.com. Then you use a PC program called Odin to flash those files onto your phone.
