Android Central Question

Hi, when I am on the home page and press the menu button (OR when I press an empty space on the home page), a menu is SUPPOSED to appear, with options such as "Create Folder, Edit Page, Search, Settings"etc.

HOWEVER, when I press the button, what happens is this. 3 icons appear on the BOTTOM row. They are "Wallpapers", "Widgets" and "Home Screen Settings."

Does anyone know how I can get the original menu items back? Thanks you.

What phone do you have? Because those options you are mentioning at the bottom are the correct options for Samsung phones on TouchWiz (default launcher).
