    I’m doing a factory reset and it’s showing a downloading screen for about an hour now. Is this normal? Samsung J7 prime

    Welcome to Android Central! You probably pressed the wrong button combination and got into Download (Odin) Mode. As long as you're not connected to a computer via USB and actively transferring a firmware file, you can safely pull the battery, then boot into Recovery Mode to do a factory reset from there: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-35539
