Betwork sign in does not work?

I've had this problem with my galaxy s5 for quite some time
When I try to connect to a network that requires log in, I get transferred to my browser in order to log in, but the page won't load (and of course no other internet page will).
At first I thought it was a problem with the network itself, but it happenswith every network that requires logging in, and it doesn't happen to other users.
I've tried forgeting the networks and re-connecting, but nothing helps.

Try changing your default browser (Default App Manager makes it easier).
