Why cant i delete my apps?

We have a lg v10 when i want to uninstall an app it just resets and the app is still there,can anyone help me with this?

It's probably an app that came preinstalled with the phone. You won't be able to delete it unless you root your phone. But you can disable it so that doesn't show app in the app drawers or run in the background. Just find the app in Settings > Apps > All apps and tap Uninstall. When it uninstalls updates for the app it will revert to the version of the app that came with the phone. After that the Uninstall button turns into a Disable button.
