not able to access data - broken display and screen

I have samsung alpha series mobile 2016/2017 model
it has broken display + blank screen

tried everything like AirDroid , Dr.android softwares but not able to access internal memory

Unless you can unlock the device, the internal memory won't be accessible, unfortunately. You'd have to go to a service center and see if they can back it up using their service stations or 'lend' a temporary display to let you back up your data.
